Quilt measures ~37" wide by ~47" long. It is machine made and machine quilted, and includes a sleeve on the back for hanging. This quilt was made as a working sample for Alto's Quilt Cut.  I used to be a rep for Alto's Quilt Cut, and when I would demonstrate, I wanted to show a quilt made of small precisely cut pieces, all cut on my Quilt Cut.  I have marked this quilt as "used" because it was shown at trade shows and demos, and also hung in my living room for a while, but it is in pristine condition. There are a total of 12 blocks in the quilt, each about 9", and each block has 41 pieces, all perfectly and precisely cut.  The quilt is made with a lovely collection of traditional floral fabrics in browns, beiges and pinks/purples, with a touch of gold.  It is simply quilted in an overall stipple with a neutral thread.  The back is a lovely beige and pink paisley with a 'racing stripe' made from the same fabrics used in the blocks and border. It is made from the best quality, 100% cotton quilting fabric and cotton batting.  The loose quilting in combination with the cotton batting gives this quilt a nice soft feel, making it a good snuggle quilt for a child.  It would look lovely in combination with antiques and antique decor and might even cross over into shabby chic with the pink in it. The materials, time and workmanship in this piece place it's value in the $200-$300 range.  It is professionally made and quilted (by me). All quilts are from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
