Frame is very fragile and has several places that have broken off. Many spots of damage have been painted with gold gilding paint. Tapestry is in excellent condition. Back is marked with the date of 1973 and Chicago, Ill. The beautiful landscape picture is a lovely winter scene. The colors are soft and calming. Shipping will be higher than usual due to the fragile composition of the frame.
