This Santa is made from coffee/vanilla stained muslin, baked, painted, baked, and sanded to achieve these wonderful colors. I have sewn in black beads for the eyes and shaded around them. Santa's nose has been need sculpted for detail and I have blushed his cheeks. His hair, eyebrows, beard and moustache are all needle felted from real sheep's wool. I have cuffed the sleeves and pant legs with cream colored sherpa and put a facing down the front of his coat and the brim around his hat too. I have embellished the coat facing and his hat with rusty bells. At the tip of his hat, I have attached a big rusty bell, too. I tied up his black painted boots with deep red cotton thread. In Santa's arms, he is holding an awray of toys, an Annie doll, a teddy bear, a toy horn and on the other side his is holding a Christmas tree, a stocking of peppermint candy and a hugh primitive candy cane. This Santa has been sprinkled with "snow" (German Glass Glitter). Santa is 24" tall.This primitive folk art Santa is sure to grace any door (greeting your Holiday guest) or hanging anywhere to spread the Christmas spirit.
