They light up and together spell the word JOY.  They are individually corded and approximately 11 inch tall  and 15 inch wide,each.  Their hats and scarf are hand made and vary by set. The hats are made from fleece. They are coated with a polyurethane paint to protect them for many years to come.  This set is one of a kind.  I can email you more pictures of the bottom and side views if your interested.
